Occupying an area of some 33,000m², this unique "ancient garden within the city" will make the best use of the natural topography and its design concept will be based on a famous Tang dynasty style garden in Shanxi in the Mainland, called the "Jiangshouju Gardens and Ponds". Apart from these natural elements, architectural structures of the Tang dynasty style made of precious timbers can also be found inside the Park. They include podiums, multi-layer buildings, pavilions, chambers, rooms, square pavilions, hexagonal pavilions and a pavilion with thatched roof.

Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning and maintenance including ACMV and fire services installation
Description
  • ACMV installation comprising Split type air cooled package system, variable refrigerant volume (VRV) type air conditioning system, mechanical ventilation system, indoor air quality (IAQ) system / assessment and electrostatic precipitator for Kitchen exhaust system;
  • Fire Services installation comprising Fire hydrant / hose reel system, automatic sprinkler system, automatic / manual fire alarm system, street fire hydrant system and relevant interfacing works with F.S. system.
